1983 ROTJ Rare'Variant' bubble Factory sealed Admiral Ackbar. As I'm sure most of you looking will be aware, these are getting harder to find by the day in any condition.Even more so in as nice a condition as this one. As you can see this MOC is lovely - for 40 years old, it's in truly remarkable condition!
This has been well looked after no mistake! This has been very safely & lovingly cared for - stored within a uv case - within a locked display cabinet behind Uv glass in a temperature controlled child & pet free environment, & importantly, kept well away from any kind of bright direct or uv light, & of course direct heat. There's no repairs, no resealing, no tampering of the card or bubble in anyway - All original condition. Still nice & strong, usual waffle seal, it's nice & flexible & shiny, & importantly it's fully & securely factory sealed on all 4 sides with no cracks or holes. Despite having light signs of yellowing, this is one of the clearest Kenner Jedi carded Ackbars I've seen in a long time. This style of rare bubble, from what I recall, is very far and few between because Kenner only used them on ltd amounts of Ackbars, At-St Drivers and B-wing pilots, all of which mostly came on the standard round edge bubbles during their production runs. As you can see from the photo's - The cardback is as good as you could hope to find after 40 years, it's lovely & shiny, with Excellent edges.. Has only minimal light signs of the usual card / edge wear / crease etc. Figure & his staff are obviously mint having never been touched by human hand since being packed in the factory in 1983.WORTHY OF ANY STAR WARS COLLECTION.
