The year date is 1981 and Hong Kong is where it was manufactured. Is heated sealed on both ends. Please note: There are a couple of small holes, one on the front and one on the back of the baggie but nothing too serious (see pictures). The baggie has markings Kenner, Made in Hong Kong.
