So Please read on as I have tried to cover everything on this figure! VC18 Magnaguard Foil Chase Card. However, NOT screened for paint flaws or manufacturing defects. To my knowledge there were at least 3 variations VC18. Standard USA card, Canadian Card and the rare Foil Chase Card. This one is the Rare Foil Chase Card. 3.75 Inch Range (6cm approx). Mint, Case fresh, No noticeable Marks, Dents, Bends, Folds or creases.
However NOT guaranteed collector grade, just straight out of a shipper. No marks, dings or crushing. Lays Flat/Warped (will straighten)/Warped won? Very sorry About this but it's necessary for both of us!
