Up for sale, a 1978 Star Wars See Threepio (C-3PO) 12 Back action figure, mint on the original card. One of the original 12 figures released by Kenner in 1978, this figure is the 12 Back "B" variant. The card has bold graphics and sits very flat.
The figure has gleaming plating, and the bubble is flawless and perfectly clear, pushing outward fractionally where it meets C-3PO's arms and the top of his head. The bubble is perfectly sealed on all edges with the telltale factory waffle pattern. The cardback sits very flat, with a tiny amount of upward curvature in the upper right corner, a very small spot of veining across the lower left corner, and a similarly minor diagonal vein north of the bubble. There is a small amount of price sticker wear adjacent to the Luke/Leia graphic too.
